These terms cover your use of Pensacola Storm Damage ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them.
1. What this site is
Pensacola Storm Damage is an advertising service. We are not a contractor. We do no construction or repair work. We hold no contractor's license. When you ask for a quote, we pass your info to local contractors. It is free for you.
2. Flat fees only
Contractors here pay flat ad fees. We do not charge per lead. We take no cut of your job. We take no referral fees — not even on insurance jobs, under Florida Statute 489.147. What a contractor pays us never depends on whether you hire them.
3. We do no contracting
We never bid on or do construction work. Florida law bars contracting without a license (Fla. Stat. 489.127). We do no contracting work, so we are not a contractor and hold no license. Check any contractor's license at myfloridalicense.com before you hire.
4. No endorsement or warranty
A contractor listed here is not our pick or promise. We do not check, watch, or back their work, prices, or licenses. We warrant nothing on this Site — not the guides, FEMA info, phone numbers, or links. Check licenses and get written quotes before you hire.
5. Insurance claims
We are not public adjusters. We do not file or argue insurance claims. Nothing here is insurance or legal advice. For claim help, call your insurer or a licensed pro.
6. Limits on liability
To the full extent the law allows, Pensacola Storm Damage is not liable for any loss from your use of the Site, your dealings with contractors, or your trust in our content — direct or indirect.

We may update these terms. The new text posts here with a new date.
